Competitive Development

The Louisiana Fire SC Competitive Development Program is for the interested soccer player who aspires to prepare themselves to play the beautiful game at any of its competitive levels in the near future.

Competitive Development is a team focused development program, with individual development enhancements, set in a competitive training and competition environment with an educational foundation featuring Louisiana Fire SC Pro Coaches.

In Competitive Development, we will focus on introducing competitive games against other Louisiana clubs to our developing young players. The program will focus on the U10 age group with select U9s admitted.

Competitive Development team rosters are formed through an evaluation process with criteria for selection being based on technical ability, tactical awareness, athletic ability, and mental toughness.

Each team will have a hand selected, professionally licensed coach who best fits the profile of team aspirations, commitment level, and group personality.

Our goal is for each player, no matter the skill level, to be placed on a team of appropriate ability level and competitive aspirations.

Teams train twice per week on Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday depending on coach and player availability, 5:30-7:00pm.
